GET TO KNOW ME…
Hi, I’m Jhazy! I’m here to share my story and support you with tools to find balance.
2017 — Started my YouTube Channel on a break from my career and began my journey as an entrepreneur with Luxe Level.
2018 — Moved to Charlotte NC to continue in banking full time, while managing 20+ employees of my own as an entrepreneur.
2019 — Diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, after 2 years of suffering. I shared my first surgery on YouTube. Got engaged!!
2020 — Hosted my first wellness experience for my group of girlfriends, of course we enjoyed yoga!
2021 — Ended my finance career to focus on my overall wellness and lean into my entrepreneurship journey, of what I thought would be event planning, full time.
2022 — Got married!! Founded XO Influencer, a network of women of color creatives and entrepreneurs. Our online platform highlights women of influence in our community and provides resources for support. We connect offline through in person meetups and curated experiences. Wellness for creatives is so important, as we wear so many hats and sometimes forget about ourselves. Since 2022, I’ve hosted an annual wellness self-care day for the girls. Our very first one was at the JW Marriott Uptown Charlotte.
2023 — Gained team support and things didn’t align. I’m sure I confused my team and community more than I confused myself. Experienced a heavy season of grief with the loss of one of my Grandpas. Successfully curated an amazing Rooftop Wellness Experience!
2024 — Reached ultimate burnout. No team, but learned that my original vision of collaboration, collective support, and wellness was the best fit for my lifestyle. Endometriosis brought on the sickest season of my life! Curated another Rooftop Wellness Experience for 20 ladies in collaboration with Social Roots.
2025 — Started the year off with another endometriosis surgery. Healing was more challenging this time around, but didn’t stop our Annual Wellness Experience! My husband and I also became business partners…

ENDO VLOG
It helped a lot to watch other women who shared the same experience. Never having surgery before — I didn't feel so alone and it gave me peace of mind to see how surgery went for others, so I did the same!
